Spinning Cycling simulation Class on specially designed bikes. Non impact quality CV workout. First timers must arrive 15 mins before class.
Aqua Aerobics Enjoy aerobic big range movements without the impact of land exercise. Using water resistance to improve muscular strength and tone & cardio benifits.
Boxercise Combination Circuit training style class with some punch bag & pad stations.
  Body Bar A wonderful way to intorduce free-weight training effectively. Selection of resistance levels (coloured bars).
Spin Abs Combo class of spinning and Abs workout.
Kettlebell

Using Kettlebells designed for cardiovascular conditioning, power and strength endurance.

The HIT High intensity 30 minute workout designed to challenge even the fittest people.
Shape n' Tone This conditioning class will revolutionise your legs, tums n' bums.
Step Aerobics Aerobics class using a step to increase workload and variety in moves. More focus on leg work than normal aerobics.
