This group outdoor activity is where members experience the social and physical demands of hill walks in the Cooley Mountains.
It is geared towards most levels of fitness but preparation can be done in the club in advance with a specialized program. The walks normally take 5 hours depending on the weather and numbers in the group.
A bus is provided and leaves the club on the morning of the Hill Walk.The hill walk routes can be tailor made to suit the club group booking. We normally coordinate 4 - 5 outings per year.
